Watercolor Jewelry

One of the most difficult watercolor techniques to me, was layering. I never have enough patience to break down a painting so I often end up smudging the colors, and I obviously never knew I could overcome it by learning how to paint jewelry! Painting jewelry soon turned into a meditative activity for me, and I find myself randomly painting them to clam down or to get my brain rested between projects.

After getting used to painting delicate details of pieces of jewelry, I started exploring around and experimented with painting crystals and applying the techniques to lettering and typographic designs.
